Eat Media is happy to announce that it can now distribute cups internationally. Sending cups international will enable our advertisers to have a much broader reach and using distribution partners across Asia Pacific, Eat Media now has distribution points across the Asia Pacific region.
But what is the real benefit on having cups international? Advertisers have found that the coffee cup advertising path to purchase is a very strong driver, as over 90% of cups are consumed sitting at a desk....
But what should one look for when planning to distribute cups internationally? One of the main points is accountability.... for a coffee cup advertising campaign to be effective; the advertiser needs to be able to pick and choose the cafes they want to distribute into, BEFORE the campaign starts.
One of the worse ways, in Eat Media’s opinion to run a coffee cup campaign is to have a third party deliver the coffee cup ads to cafes with no prior planning or the ability to choose cafes based on demographic information of the type of clients that use that particular cafe.
There have been some interesting methods of distributing advertising on coffee cups from many different suppliers... one of the more ‘interesting’ methods have been using milk drivers to deliver advertised coffee cups!! Advertisers on coffee cups should always ask for a list of cafes upfront before engaging in any advertising....
Things to look for when choosing a company to supply advertising on coffee cups:

- Who are they?
- How long have they been around?
- Do they have contracts with the cafes?
